Key Responsibilities

Manage and support the preparation and review of tax compliance work for a diverse range of clients.
Assist in the preparation of tax planning advice for both corporate and individual clients, ensuring all solutions comply with current tax legislation.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, helping them develop their tax knowledge and skills.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering proactive advice on tax matters and addressing client queries.
Assist with various tax affairs, liaising with Revenue and other relevant authorities where necessary.
Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the firm’s services comply with industry standards.
Participate in the preparation of proposals and business development activities to attract new clients.
Support senior team members with special projects and ad-hoc tax-related tasks.
Manage and track the progress of multiple engagements, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard.

Skills & Experience
ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
Experience in a similar practice environment preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and strong technical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A motivated team player with a passion for delivering excellent client service.
Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
